Information for your stay

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at noon. We are happy to offer early check-in from 10 am for MXN 500, late check-out until 7 pm for MXN 600, or both for MXN 800, subject to availability and confirmed by reception.

Reserved nights are charged in full, including when a stay ends before the departure date.

Reception around the clock

Our reception team is available 24 hours a day. For your security, the automatic entrance doors close at midnight; after that time, our staff will let you in.

Buffet breakfast included

Included for one or two guests per room, with eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, butter, jam, coffee, juice and milk. For additional guests, the buffet breakfast is available at reception for MXN 100 per person. Please check service times and the day’s options during your stay.

Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

Enjoy Wi-Fi in your room and throughout the hotel during your stay.

Room preferences

Studio rooms have a shower. King, Queen and Double categories include rooms with a bathtub and others with a shower; please mention your preference when booking. Assignment is confirmed subject to availability. All rooms have cable TV and an in-room safe.

Guests and occupancy

The rate applies to registered guests, in single or double occupancy. Double rooms welcome up to four guests: from the third guest on, the additional guest charge is MXN 250 per night, taxes included. Studio, King and Queen rooms welcome up to two guests.

To preserve everyone’s comfort, guest rooms are reserved for registered guests, and gatherings and celebrations take place in the spaces designed for events.

We kindly ask every guest for respectful and considerate conduct that contributes to a pleasant stay for all.

Terrace

The terrace is a space to relax and enjoy the view of the Cathedral. For safety, minors remain accompanied by an adult at all times, and we ask guests to keep a safe distance from the railings.

Elevator

The elevator is for guest use only. We appreciate your respecting its maximum capacity and using it with care.

Smoke-free and pet-free hotel

Hotel Plaza Chihuahua is smoke-free in guest rooms, common areas and throughout the property. Smoking inside the hotel results in a deep-cleaning charge of MXN 4,500. The hotel is also pet-free in all areas.

Security and valuables

Every room has a safe for your valuables. For your security and that of all guests, please keep your room door closed at all times. Valuables remain in each guest’s custody.

Care of the facilities

We kindly ask you to take care of the hotel’s facilities and furniture. Material damage caused during the stay, inside or outside the rooms, is charged to the responsible guest, in the amount determined by the hotel. At check-in, the hotel may request a security deposit, applied to damages, consumption or pending charges in accordance with these policies.

Terrace events

Event bookings start at 20 people, with a maximum capacity of 60 people. Events can run until 10 pm; there is no set event curfew when the entire hotel is reserved exclusively for your group. The furniture and staff specified for your chosen package are included in its price. You may hire external suppliers. Setup, services and duration are detailed in a quotation requiring separate confirmation. Events are not included in the accommodation rate.

Meetings during your stay

The meeting room accommodates up to ten people. Use is included in your stay at no additional charge, subject to availability. Please arrange your meeting with reception in advance.

Arrival and parking

For your arrival, a dedicated guest drop-off and pick-up area is available a short walk from the hotel. Private parking can be requested for MXN 280 per day, with 24-hour security. It requires a confirmed parking reservation, separate from your room reservation, and is used at each guest’s own responsibility, including items left inside the vehicle.

Rates

Rates are in Mexican pesos, per room per night, with the same price for one or two guests and breakfast included. Displayed prices include 16% VAT, 4% lodging tax and a university levy equal to 6% of lodging tax (0.24% of accommodation). Prices vary by date. Conditions for minors are confirmed with reception.

Reservations, registration and cancellations

Reservations made on this site are confirmed instantly against the hotel’s live availability, and we email you the confirmation. Payment is made at the hotel upon arrival. At check-in, reception shares the lodging and registration agreement for your signature; by signing it, guests accept these house rules. To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact reception with your confirmation number.

We collect identification, contact, billing and stay-preference data and, where applicable, sensitive data needed to provide our services.
